Note: Insurance - Under CPA equivalent conditions, we do not offer insurance
for the machine. During the rental period the customer is solely responsible for the machine in terms of theft and damage.
It may be possible to add the machine to your house insurance for the duration of the rental. Most customers are careful with
the machine and do not have any problems learning and operating the controls. Customers will often store the machine
in a garage or at the rear of the house out of sight to limit the chance of theft.
Note: A valid credit card is required and will be authorised but
not charged unless there is damage to the machine. A debit card or £250 cash deposit is also acceptable with prior arrangement.
We do not charge for scratches to the paintwork, only major damage resulting from misuse.
We only use the credit
card for the deposit, as payment for the rental is typically via cash or cheque on delivery.
Note: Two forms of identification are
required. One must be a photo ID such as a passport of driving licence and one must be a valid utility bill with the corresponding
name and home address.
